I’m Rino, a counsellor working online with people across the UK.
I work with people who are coping on the outside but feel under pressure, disconnected, or worn down inside. Often they are thoughtful, capable, and carrying more than they let on.
My approach is calm and steady. We slow things down and look at what is actually going on, without rushing to fix or label anything. For many people, that alone creates enough space for things to start shifting.
