How it works

Asking for help can feel difficult. This page explains what therapy with me looks like, step by step,

so you know exactly what to expect before you commit to anything.

1. Make contact

You can book a free introductory call online in just a few clicks. There are no forms to fill in, no deposit, and no details you need to have worked out in advance.

If you are not sure whether you want to book yet, that is okay too. You can take as long as you need to think about it.

2. Free introductory call

We meet online for 20 minutes. This is a conversation, not an assessment. You do not need to prepare anything or explain your whole story. It is a chance to talk through what has been going on for you, ask any questions about how I work, and see how it feels to speak with me.

There is no pressure to commit to anything during or after this call.

3. Decide when you are ready

After the call, you take time to think. There is no rush and no one waiting for your answer. If you decide therapy is not the right next step, that is a completely fine outcome.

When you are ready, and only if you are ready, you book your first full session.

4. Ongoing therapy at your pace

Sessions take place online and are available across the UK. We meet weekly for 50 minutes in a confidential, one-to-one space.

There is no fixed programme and no set ending. You set the pace while we make sense of things together. You choose when therapy feels complete.

Therapy is not about fixing you. Over time, many people notice greater self-understanding, steadier emotions, and more choice in how they respond to life. Change happens gradually, through awareness, safety, and relationship, not force.
