How it works
Asking for help can feel difficult. This page explains what therapy with me looks like, so you can decide if it feels right for you.
1. Make Contact
You can book a free initial consultation online in just a few clicks.
This is a chance to talk through what’s been going on for you, ask questions, and see how it feels to speak with me. There’s no pressure to commit — just a calm starting point.
2. Decide What Feels Right
There’s no fixed programme or one-size-fits-all approach. In our early sessions, we’ll explore what you’re struggling with and what you’re hoping for from therapy.
You set the pace. My role is to offer a steady, reflective space while we make sense of things together.
3. Begin Therapy
Sessions take place online and are available across the UK. In a confidential, one-to-one space, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns at a pace that feels manageable for you.
4. What Changes Over Time
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. Over time, many people notice greater self-understanding, steadier emotions, and more choice in how they respond to life.
Change happens gradually, through awareness, safety, and relationship — not force.
